보위안 스프레이 신입 직원 오리엔테이션 교육

회사는 새로운 위치로 이전했으며, 새해가 지난 후 많은 신규 직원들이 합류하고 있습니다. 신입 직원들이 회사를 더 빨리 이해하고 업무에 더 빠르게 적응할 수 있도록, 인사부는 3월 5일부터 1주일간의 신입 입사 교육을 조직했습니다.
 
 
 

이 교육은 주로 제품 엔지니어 장화차이와 인사 및 행정 관리자 왕칭펑이 담당했습니다. 교육 회의는 세 차례로 진행되었습니다. 첫 번째 세션은 주로 작업장 운영자들에게 생산 중인 제품을 올바르게 감지하여 우수한 제품 품질을 보장하는 방법을 교육했습니다. 두 번째 세션은 주로 회사의 발전 역사와 기업 문화 소개에 초점을 맞췄습니다. 세 번째 세션은 주로 회사의 6S 안전 관리 기준 시스템과 주간 6S 안전 관리 점검 기준에 초점을 맞췄습니다.

세 차례의 입사 교육 세션 후, 신입 직원들은 회사의 기업 문화와 비즈니스 내용을 깊이 이해하고 많은 혜택을 받았다고 말했습니다. 앞으로의 작업에서는 스프레이 전문 지식을 계속 배우고, 더 많이 읽고, 더 묻고, 더 배우고, 더 연습함으로써 전문 기술을 지속적으로 향상시켜야 합니다. 동시에 우리는 가능한 한 빨리 보위안 스프레이 대가족에 통합되어 팀워크 정신을 지속적으로 강화할 것입니다.
 

보위안 스프레이 인사부는 매달 신입 직원을 위한 입사 교육을 조직하여 직원과 관리자의 종합 인질을 향상시키고, 직원들의 책임감과 자기 절제를 높이며, 직원들의 회사 소속감을 높이고 있습니다. 동시에, 생산 과정에서 대규모 품질 문제를 피하고 회사의 생산 효율성을 높일 수 있습니다.
